Passwords Document:  You will have several passwords to remember. 
    Consider using this document stored on your phone for secure and easy retrieval. 

IRS Tests:  Everyone must take tests 1 and 2 below.  Tax Preparers, Quality reviewers and Site Coordinators must also take test 3 below:

1. Volunteer Standards of Conduct (VSOC) 

2. Intake/Interview & Quality Review (Intake Interview)

3. Tax preparers and quality reviewers must take Advanced Tax Law 

4. Site/Shift Coordinators must take the Site Coordinator Test

IRS Link and Learn Certification test site must be used when taking the tests.

Notes for setting up your Link and Learn account:  

• Group:  Choose TCE Volunteer - Other

• Training Source:  Choose Publication 4491

• Years you have volunteered:  Include this year (new volunteers = 1)

• Partner/Organization Name: SOUTHERN NEVADA TAX ASSISTANCE INC.

• Include Role and PTIN number if claiming Continuing Education Credits

• Sign and download agreement and email to vol_cert@snvtaxassist.org

Tax preparers only will need to set up a Practice Lab account on TaxSlayer.
